We have served on boards for two associations for over four years, and we know the community manager's job very well. As a licensed General Contractor that is also bonded and insured, we hold ourselves to the following standards: 

1) All calls answered and/or messages returned within 4 hours;
2) All emails answered within 24 hours;
3) All proposals under $50,000 completed within 48 hours;
4) All approvals begun per agreement and worked timely;
5) All small jobs completed, photographed, and invoiced immediately, usually within a day of approval;

MK House Supports CAI Nevada

MK House has been asked to perform all kinds of interesting projects in the past years, but none so proud as the request to build the signature feature at the annual CAI Awards Gala.  CAI is an association for community managers and board members that provides a venue to further their education in their profession, and each year they hold a Gala to celebrate the accomplishments of managers and boards. 

The theme for the gala held January 14th, 2011 at Treasure Island Casino, was Bridges.  The idea was to bridge the communication gap between boards, managers, vendors, and others to improve communities across Las Vegas, and MK House was commissioned to build the physical bridge into the event.

After guests checked in at reception, they crossed our bridge into the ballroom to enjoy an evening of great food and entertainment.  Though the build was fairly easy to manage from a structural perspective, the finished product was a beautifully detailed piece that was welcome and inviting to all.

MK House is a proud member and sponsor of CAI, and we were proud to serve by showing our work at the Gala.
